Commissions and Payouts
The Consignor earns 40% of the sale profit of items selling for under $100. The Consignor earns 50% of the sale profit for items selling from $100-$299. The Consignor earns 60% of the sale profit for items selling for $300-$999. The Consignor earns 70% of the sale profit for items selling at $1000 and higher.

We retain the right to adjust item listing price, at our discretion. Please state if you have a specific listing price in mind for an item.

Submission Guidelines
Using the Consignment Submission Form, please indicate which brands you will be submitting.
Items with a listing price of under $45 will not be accepted - children's item priced at $35 or more being the exception.
For Premium Consignments
Consignment clients are responsible for additional fees should a third-party authentication service be needed for their items.

Item condition:
All consignment pieces will be reviewed for authenticity, quality, and value.
Please ensure items have no odors or damages. These items will be returned at your expense.
Pick-up/Drop-off Option:
Pick-up/drop off options are available within the NYC region, including Westchester County, Nassau County, and Northern Jersey. All trips subject to toll fees where applicable.
Post-Submission
Selling approach:
Please allow a minimum of 3-4 weeks to process and post your items. Outside third party listing sites I implement multiple methods of marketing. This includes unboxings, product photos, videos & reels, and styled photos. I list on multiple reselling platforms, sharing multiple times a day.
Return consignment:
After 90 days, if the item has not sold, you can request for it to be returned to you at your expense. A $25 fee per item will be applied if this request comes before the 90 day period to cover time spent photographing and marketing.
Donations:
After 90 days, should the consignor not wish to have their items returned, the will be brought to a local non-profit, with a limit of up to 6 medium bags.
Payments:
Payouts for items sold via the following methods: Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal (+2.89% processing fee). Commission payments will typically be completed on the 15th and 30th of the calendar month of the sale of the item.
Care and Liability for Damaged items:
All items will be carefully inspected upon acceptance. All consignors will be notified of any items deemed unfit for resale. Should a situation exist where an item that passes inspection becomes unsellable through damage while in my care, MetroMakeupMaven will accept full responsibility for your item(s) based on current market value, payable to Consingor up to $1000. All accepted items will be kept in a clean, safe, secure, smoke-free, climate-controlled environment that is fully insured.
Terms:
This Agreement will commence as of the Effective Date consignment agreement and will continue until the completion of services, or 90 days after initial receipt of Property.
Liability:
Consignor shall indemnify, defend, save, and hold harmless MetroMakeupMaven against any and all third-party claims, damages, fines, penalties, awards, judgments, and liabilities (including reasonable outside attorneys' fees and costs) relating to and resulting from, or arising in connection with any claim regarding Services.
